New Paper: Expanding Non-Targeted Metabolomics with Multiplexed Chemical Labeling

New paper from the group. Together with the group of Chambers Hughes, and our other amazing collaborators, we developed a multiplexed chemical metabolomics (MCheM) workflow to assign functional groups in non-targeted LC-MS/MS data.

MCheM makes use of orthogonal post-column derivatization reactions integrated into a unified mass spectrometry data framework, which generates orthogonal structural information that substantially improves metabolite annotation.
